820-3662-A suddenly shutdown

this board suddenly shut down when it is on battery, but on the charger, it works fine. I think it is a battery problem...
does anyone have a similar case?

You should test known good battery, to discard battery issue.

Can still be a problem with FDMF6808 chips.
Some software mods can disable CPU sleep states (Cx); you can then see if still turns off with battery.

Sorry, it is 820-3662-A there is no FDMF6808 chips.
I changed the battery but it still shut down suddenly.

Check page 59...

You should try a software mod first, if no real new FDMF6708 chips available.
Do NOT use (refurbished) "new" FDMF6806 chips from China!
