one thing i notice, u3900 does get warm but the caps surround isn't shorted.

CPU goes to 0v after the backlight disappeared. USB light doesn't blink, external monitor turns on for 10sec then switch off. USB-c stays at 20v but 0ma after the backlight disappeared. board alone of the desk: CPU 0.7v 20V, 61mA then constant 28mA showing on USB-C meter. board on the case...

board turns on, it shows the battery logo once before but mostly shows a black screen with a blacklight on for 10sec then turn off and repeat. same on an external monitor. no USB activity, no chime. CPU gets warm. I've already tried two efi clean ME Region ROMs from you here @2informaticos...

I can boot with this usb-c port fine w/out a battery. this port can see USB-c drive fine but doesn't charge and macOS can see the charger but it says "not charging" I think it's either u3200 or u7000. usb-c meter say 19,72v at 0.275a which is the same as the other port.

missing PM_SLP_S4_L is always a pain, also check for s4_pwr_en.

nope, i havent touch anything. all smc, cpu's all edge bondings are still intact. thanks, I'll check in a bit.

the board was liquid damaged, but someone already has cleaned before me. when you plug a MagSafe, the board doesn't start up immediately. you will have to wait approx 1min then will boot normally and it passes apple dialogistic. i can't see any corroded components anywhere under a microscope...

found OL in diode mode on XB_D2R_CONN_N (should be getting around 0.344v) R3476 is 0hm so its good. so either USBC_XB_D2R_N to U2800 trace is bad or U2800 is bad.
