820-00875 closest usb-c port is not charging.

I can boot with this usb-c port fine w/out a battery. this port can see USB-c drive fine but doesn't charge and macOS can see the charger but it says "not charging"
I think it's either u3200 or u7000.

usb-c meter say 19,72v at 0.275a which is the same as the other port.

I doubt to be U7000 issue, if battery is charging from U3100 side.

Any history fault?

liquid but all area looks clean. my next guess will be smc.

Is the battery charging on the other port?
In such case, can't be a problem with a common component...

fixed... never mind. it's then usb-c cable. still not sure why it's working on another port but not on this port. after changing usb-c cable and this port work. so strange...

Be sure the terminal contacts are good on both USB-C ports.
