Yes injected 1v and only get to 5a but it got hot. Couldn't touch it. Can we source this chip?

I have a pp0v9 short_ssd_reg short! Dont see any bad looking caps of off stuff. I removed L9321 and L9320 to make sure it wasnt the other line. And it stayed where it was, I'm thinking U8600, but are there any common places this line shorts before I go digging at that chip? Thank you

I now have 13.1 v on g3h and on the nand line. U8600 is getting hot :( I'm going to check for shorts around there. Thank you sofar for your input.
