Just reballed it and put back The area around it was dirty a bit and I cleaned some of the SMC pads and put it back Still no green light Where should I go?

I will measure. However do you think it could be bad SMC? Is it possible to reball it and clean the area and put back? I am used to do that on A1278 models and it worked when it was some bad connections or oxidation below the SMC. Does that make sense for a situation like this?

q9706 All pins are 12.56 volts with LCD connected backlight output measure on A5/U9701 using the charger instead of battery now its 4V tries to increase to 8V and drops to 4 and incrasse again..

Theres is continuity between D9701 and A5 U9701 I measured Q9706 only the bare board without the screen connect Q9706 PIN3 = 12.19 PIN4 = 12.56 All the others PINs looks like starts with 0.300v and drops to 0V

Replaced U9701 with a 100% working one from a 2936 machine and still didn't work. What's next
