putting it back on, again reads 3.27v drops to 2.8v with power oem original charger

PM_RSMRST_L: 3.27v drops to 2.91v with power button

constant 3.1v drops to 2.7v with power button

PM_SLP_S4_L is at 0.0mv without power button does that indicate short on that line? Not sure if this is relevant, but r1461 shows 0.483v on pin 2 diode mode not surprisingly, SMC bypass did not work, no ALL_SYS_PWRGD either
