820-01987 trackpad clicks but nothing on screen

I couldnt find the ONOFF lines for this board because the board view I have is on a pdf file. I checked for voltage on PM_RSMRST_L and PM_PWRBTN_L on R1800 and R1802 and got 0v on both.

820-01987 trackpad clicks but nothing on screen

From what I saw there was no voltage or pulsing on neither PM_SLP_S4_L or PM_SLP_S3_L.

820-01987 trackpad clicks but nothing on screen

That was with the battery in. Wout the battery it goes to 0.05A for a couple seconds then stays at 0A. I checked for voltages on PP1v2_S3, PP1v8_S5 and PP3v3_S5 and they had 0v. L7690(PP3v3_G3H) has 3.3v on it and L7030

    820-00239 Stuck at 5v - PP3v3_G3H at 1.4v

Okay I injected voltage and found that CB300 was getting really hot. I replaced that and now it turns on the trackpad clicks, I hear the apple sound that happens when you plug your charger in and the caps lock button turns green when pressed. The only thing is nothing appears on the screen...

820-01987 trackpad clicks but nothing on screen

I have this board that was sent in for water damage. When I plugged it in the trackpad would click and the ammeter read 19.8v and 0.55A The only components that looked like they had any kind of liquid damage were C8412 , C7660 and Q7660. I replaced C7660 and C8412 and put the board in the...

    820-00239 Stuck at 5v - PP3v3_G3H at 1.4v

I have this board that doesn't look to have any liquid damage and is stuck at 5v and 0.21amps on all 4 ports. There isn't any boot loop just a steady 5v. I was getting 1.4v on PP3v3_G3H and so far I have replaced U6903, R6910-13, C6910/11/13/15/16 and D6902 . I still get the same voltage but I...

Has anyone transferred touchbar to another top case? A1706

Hi, I have this A1706 that has some damage to the corners of the topcase and may need to be replaced. I found some top cases that have only a keyboard so I would need to transfer over the touchbar and everything else. I was wondering how difficult it is to remove the touchbar from the original...
