So here are all the readings for the coils around U7800 ... L7810 = 0.456 L7812 = 0.047 L7809 = 0.045 L7815 = 0.278 L7816 = 0.107 L7813 = 0.428 L7819 = 0.304 L7822 = 0.207 L7823 = 0.416 L7824 = 0.384

Sorry that guy didn't want to wait for me to solve the problem, he just sold it for parts and moved on. I have the exact same problem with a 820-01987-A of my own. I will start a new thread for that one. Hope to hear from you on that thread. :)

I'm not sure about this MacBook. Customer brought it in and it wasn't working (not powering up). It was 19.6v and staring with low amps 0.05a, then stepping up bit by bit until 0.86a, then back down to 0.05a and doing that cycle over and over again. I was reading here where someone else has a...

Unfortunately it's not recognized in DFU mode. Seems like I don't get 20.02v as often anymore. Strange that if I start moving the plug from one port to another, after the first couple of times, it no longer gets 20.02v on any port. Just goes to 5.04v - 5.07v and from 0.11a - 0.45a then resets...

Yes, it is the original Apple 61W that came with my 13" M1 MacBook Pro. What else could be wrong in this case?
