820-02037-A Nand Shorted

So i got a Macbook Pro 16 in last week with no power (5V 0.30A). Diagnosed it down to PP2v5_NAND_SSD0 shorted - injected 1V onto that line saw U9580 heating up - under close microscope inspection can see U9580 had exploded - removed U9580, replaced and now got 20V 0.30A draw and looping. One of the NAND chips U9100 is heating so I presume we got a case of this crappy U9580 IC has sent PPBUS voltage straight into the NAND and killed them.

Can I get replacement NAND's for this board and what would the replacement process be? Also are there any other board models compatible with this board (Like 820-01700) as a drop in replacement as I cannot find any 820-02037-A boards available?

Thanks for the link - currently it has 6 NAND Chips on the board in total - presumably that's 1TB - I can just order 1TB, fit and run a DFU restore and it'll work?

Master Liu will send you 1TB chips initialized for your exact 820-02037-A board model.
The chips are marked, so you can solder them in the proper position.
DFU restore will finish the job.

Just be sure to order the correct SSD size for your machine!
