no water damage, no image on internal lcd, on external there is image, checked on two lcds

Check diode mode to ground at pins 1 & 3 of J8500.

on pin 3 was short, i change U9850 and now its ok but still no image,
pin 1 - 430
pin 3 - 453

You should get almost same reading on both.

Did you check with LCD disconnected?

Try another U9850...
