[help] 820-00928 stuck at 5v rebooting!

Hi to all ! I have to fix this 820-00928! I have a lot of corrosion like you can see in the picture

I have reballed the controller, replaced 3 resistor and in the video you can see the behaviour…all ports at 5v 3 ports rebooting, one port (the on corresponding to the controller that I’ve reballed) not rebooting. Could you Help me? Thanks

Post U7000's basic voltages: P_IN, AUX_DET, SMC_RST_IN, VDDA/P, SMC_RST*, AUX_OK, A/BMON.

SMC_RST_IN 0v
VDDA 5V
VDDP 5V
SMC_RST 3,4
AUX_OK 3,4
A/BMON. 0V

Remove F7000/1 and check C7050 voltage.

0v

So your problem is on U7000 area.
Check R/C/Q7030/40 and their traces.
Also check resistance (ohm scale) over C7020/3.
If all good, replace U7000.
