Macbook A2337 Amp Meter Reboot

Without FUSE Stable 12.3V at PPVBAT.
When fuse is connected AMP Meter Reboots and PPBUS reboots as wel.
No shorts on the board.

Possibly low resistance to ground on some secondary power rail.
Check them all (page 78).
Also check page 40.
