A2485 820-102382 not powering on

Hi.

Hi have an A2485 820-102382 that seams to try to booy (20V and 0.30A) , but then reboots. It does that on all ports.

Only have schematic fot the 820-02100, and don't know where to start.

No big coil seams to be shorted, and cleibt said it just stoped working. No visible damages on board.

I can't see nothing getting hot on IR cam.

Can you help?

Did you test with known good battery, holding some charge?
Also test the board alone, nothing connected, apart of charger.
