PPBUS at 12.3
VDDMAIN // 3v3_G3H present.
P3v3_s5 missing - no shorts.
Wont neter DFU.
PULLED Force DFU to 1.8V via jumper but still wont detect in DFU.

Any fault history available?
Do you get previous voltages to S5 state?

Power on diagram is available for this board...

PMU_ONOFF_L is 3.3V
SSD0_OCARINA_RESET_L is 0V
SSD0_OCARINA_PFN is 1.8V
SSD0_OCARINA_WP_L is 0V
PP2V5_NAND_SSD0 is 0V
SSD0_VR_2V5_EN is 0V
PP0V9_SSD0 is 0V

Need check further prior?

I recommend you to disconnect J6600 and play with SE030/2 soldering switches.

i tried with just board on bench. All disconnected. Didnt work.

You may have problems with T2, or USBC port corresponding to DFU.
