Remove Q7950 and check again ALL_SYS_PWRGD.

Q7950 out of the board. Same thing ! ALL_SYS_PWRGD 0.05v

R7967 pin1= 3.34v

Remove the 6 resistors on the left side, for power good signals (R7963-68).
One by one, and check ALL_SYS_PWRGD each time.
Keep R7967 in place!

Here are the results :
-Q7950 out, no = ALL_SYS_PWRGD =0.05v
-R7968 out, no.
-R7964 out, no.
-R7963 out, YES = ALL_SYS_PWRGD =3.3v
-Install R7964, R7968 back. YES
-Install Q7950 back, no.
-Remove Q7950, YES = ALL_SYS_PWRGD =3.3v
So.. with Q7950 and R7963 out : ALL_SYS_PWRGD =3.3v !!
Now what is the cause? Q7950 or R7963 ?

Do you get voltage at L7100?

L7100 =0.001v
L7530=0v
L7520=0V
L7510=0V
L7550=0V
L7560=0V
L8960=0V
L8930=0V
C8961-63 pin1=0v
Looks like no CPU/GPU activities . What's next?

Changed L7100 and resoldered U7100. Get voltage L7100=0.9v. Fan spin that's good news! Now what's else should I check??

USB activity?

I plug-in a mouse no light. No external mini-dp to dp monitor . However board warming up...!
