I am having the same issue. Reballed the rams 2 times and still 3 beeps. Can it be a faulty ram IC? No liquid damage or other visible problem. If RAM IC failure, can I swap randomly from A1466 ?

This is board on its own only with power and usbc to another mac scenario. Each time I pull power out it switches off as no battery. Using FORCE_DFU pads I can reach DFU mode, just failing with that error.
