A1502 820-4924-A 3 beeps

Hi,

I have an A1502 820-4924-A, that has no fan spin, gives 3 beeps, and consumes 400 mA from PS.

Can you help?

Reball RAM, there are few chips only...

I am having the same issue. Reballed the rams 2 times and still 3 beeps.

Can it be a faulty ram IC? No liquid damage or other visible problem.
If RAM IC failure, can I swap randomly from A1466 ?

Very likely CPU issue.
Keep in mind, is on the other end of the RAM bus.
