I have replaced it, still different voltages on pins

PPBUS_G3H was shorted to ground on c7375. I replaced the shorted cap. The shot was gone, but F7140 pin one has 8.6v while pin2 is 3.4-4.3v. No fan spin, u7100 is a bit warm, I replaced it, still not turning on. Still same behavior on f7140

U5000 gets little warm. I replaced it. And I removed r6923 to check the voltages I get on the resisto Pin1 3.4v Pin2 0.00v I now decided to put it back PP3V3_G3H - 2.2v

Thanks SPKRAMP_1V8_RESET_L was shorted on one of the sparkler amp ic. It’s fixed.
