820-00281-10 not drawing 5v instead of 20v

The system came fresh and pp3v3_g3h voltage is low 2.6v instead of 3.34v
No PPBUS_ G3H
I found a low resistance on c7081, I ran a current throug it. Same c7081 gets hot. I replaced it and the resistance came up. But still 5v. I proceeded to replace u6903 and D6902. It draws 20v and immediately retuns to 5v.
The reading now or
Amp meter drawing 5v/ 0.04amp
PP3v3_G3H- 0.360/ 0.00v
PPVIN_G3H_P3V3G3H-0.183/1.6v
PPDCIN_G3H_CHGR_R-0.555/5v
Pls help

Remove C6905/6 and check again.
Also be sure R6920 is good (0 ohm).

Still no 20v

Did you check R6920???

Remove R6923 and check L6900 voltage.

So your problem is on 3V3_G3H power rail now.
You can inject 3.5-4V and look at MLB with IR camera.
Remove heatsink first...

U5000 gets little warm. I replaced it. And I removed r6923 to check the voltages I get on the resisto

Pin2 0.00v
I now decided to put it back
PP3V3_G3H - 2.2v
