820-00875 PPBUS_G3H boosting after liquid damage

Replaced U7000. Getting 5v on VDDA & VDDP now. Still have an issue with PPBUS_G3H as it?s jumping between 3.6v and 12.95 continuously. I can?t get it to start in SMC bypass either, I just get a fast fan for 2 seconds and it goes off again

820-00875 PPBUS_G3H boosting after liquid damage

What should VDDA and VDDP be showing as? I'm assuming SMC_AUX_OK should be outputting something also but it looks like that needs 3v3 too

820-00875 PPBUS_G3H boosting after liquid damage

Pin 27 on U7000 is a direct connection to Pin 2 of R6991 from what I can tell. As I'm not getting anything on R6991 I wanted to look at U7000 to see if it is even getting the voltages it needs, but I'm not good enough at understanding the schematic just yet. Could someone better than me let me...

820-00875 PPBUS_G3H boosting after liquid damage

PP3v3_G3H isn't present on charger (expected) or on battery. Both show 0.0v Its near on impossible for me to test around U6990 on battery but on the charger I get 5.2v on D6905 pin 2 5.1v on pin 3 On D6990, I get 5.1v on pin 2 but 0.0v on pin 10 enable.

820-00875 PPBUS_G3H boosting after liquid damage

I get 5.2v on both ports. The charge ports look perfect, all the fuzzy coating came off in the UC and no pins etc are burnt or tarnished. Any ideas?

820-00875 PPBUS_G3H boosting after liquid damage

After the board went through the UC, it actually looked great. Obviously something is bad but all the liquid damage appears to be at the DC end of the board

820-00875 PPBUS_G3H boosting after liquid damage

I'll flux and heat the SMC with 559 flux and give the cpu a little heat without flux (I'm assuming you didn't mean flux the CPU also)

820-00875 PPBUS_G3H boosting after liquid damage

I've put the board back through the UC, PPBUS_G3H is now sitting at 0v.. So I'm guessing whatever poor connection there was has vanished now.

820-00875 PPBUS_G3H boosting after liquid damage

It sometimes works and runs for a while, other times it starts for only 2 seconds. I?ll be away from work until Tuesday now but will carry on when I?m back. Thanks for your help so far :)
