All of the mosfets look pristine. No issues found in diagnostic mode. The issue does not occur until after the macbook has been shut down for a extended period of time

This is JB200 can these missing pads and trace damage around JB200 cause any issues even though JB200 is no stuff?

UPC_I2C_INT_L is 1.8v on left and right ports. All resistors measure good.

PP1V5_VLDOINT_MPMU, PP1V2_S2, PP3V3_S2_UPC, PP1V8_AON_MPMU are stable however MPMU_VREF_ADC is 0v but not shorted. PP3V8_AON_MPMU_ISNS_VIN is stable as well
