This has no liquid damage. When plug in a/c adapter fan spins but no usb activity and cpu stays cold. Vcore is 1.8v

Tried known good bios with clean me.

Bad CPU?

Check all SPI Bus Termination resistors and their traces.

No liquid, but what said the client about how the fault appeared?
