Did you replace Q7260 & Q7261 when you swapped U7200 ?

If seen a lot of this in the past few weeks. wasted countless hours experimenting swapping parts from known good boards. (CD32s) A lot of the time a see cycling at PMU_SYS_ALIVE @ 0.4V 1.2hz following the start-up sequence. At this point I put these all down to failure of T2 chip.

Best bet is to look for knocked off components. What's ohm reading of GPU, cant be a dead short?

Check traces betweenQ6050, R6051, R6055, SMC and friends. pay attention corrosion as traces enter probe points.

Your measurments indicate bad cpu, considering without the cpu you are now getting voltage

Solder in a 10K resistor in position R6903 if you want to test without cpu socket.
