pass ASD EFI and Memtest. sometimes it just stops 1/3 of the loading bar. found corrosion on U7501 and corroded pin 10 and pin6. I've replaced this chip and fixed the trace. i also have tried other bios with clean me and its still same.

Try different PC3-12800S RAM, also have you try disconnect every internal connector but apart from LVDS, trackpad and keyboard to see if will boot on external USD?

i guess that program is looking for ssn instance?? this dump doesn't have it.

wow, what are the fecking chances!!! SDA ball wasn't solder due to flux turned solid and blocking the pad. I've cleaned, applied new flux and placed the SMC back in and reflowed into place without reballing. now is working :)

Its usually the pin1 on these. Diode mode on pin1? You cant use 2014 screen on a 2015 logic board. It?s needs to be the same year. I suggest you order a 2015 cracked screen from ebay for testing.
