replaced SMC and still have the same problem.
then replaced U5400, U5410 and UD240. made no difference.
i have no idea ;(
however, Windows 10 is fast even with boot camp drivers.
any way to see which kext driver in OSX causing it?
I've tried over 5 keyboards, new, old and it is always 1 and A key isn't working. J5713 connector looks very clean. can't see any corrosion inside the connector nor on the pins. U5701 looks good as well. all other keys are working.
i can't see any corrosion on the logic board.
any idea? bad...
I've bought an eBay board, fixed with the u8900 reflow.
when i edit the eBay board's serial number to match the serial number to the one on the bottom cover.
The system serial number in ASD has become "not available". however, OSX can see it fine.
any idea why is not working in ASD but works...
ASD EFI 100% passed. Everything is connected. Charging and running the battery is fine.
I will try ASD OSX...

in ASD OSX show two failed Thermal Interface.
drop damage? could be a cracked solder ball under the RAM chip. I would try reflow these RAM. Nudged each chip a little to verify it actually reflowed.
the board was liquid damaged, corrosion on the SMC area, thunderbolt area and i/o board flex cable. reflowed SMC and replaced any corroded ic.
i/o board flex cable has been replaced.
after that board can turn on. passed ASD 100% no sensor error. but activity showing 300-600% CPU usage on...
