    Sometimes i´ve found 2 or 3 pins not soldered on J3100, check pins 2-6-10-14.....

    PPBUS_G3H on 12.26V means SMC is not communicating with ISL, it should be 12.56V.. Are you sure BILL is working?? Does it power on? Battery detected on OS? Also check your soldering job....

    I guess is 820-00291, so no schematic available, have one here with same symptoms, the problem here was because a shorted USB port(dead TPS2561), 5V rail shorted (dead ISL62383), burnt CPU Vcore rail (dead ISL95828).. All parts replaced and no improvement, no schematic so i cant go furter...
