    3.9V on 1.8V rail, this could be a dead CPU, also maybe you are measuring in the unfiltered pin of the coil (pin 1), measure the voltage on R7310.....

    There is nothing wrong on PPBUS_G3H, Duke asked you if CPU power is also pulsing and no answer for that.. Are you checking the board under microscope???

    U1800 is not the SMC, is the PCH, and of course will get a little warm, what is the voltage on L7510?? Do you have the display connected???

    Has Duke always say, Traces and resistors from U6100, corrosion on U1900, corrosion under SMC, exact voltage on PPBUS_G3H? Have you tried SMC reset?? Corrosion on J6100?

    Put back R7550, do a PRAM reset, PPVCORE_S0_CPU_VCCAXG will only come up with a display connected..
