Tools recommendations needed

Hi folks,

As I foresee my first SMC reball in my near future, I am looking for a good clamp/holder that can hold a chip and stencil and is sturdy. Don't mind if it takes up some space. Also which solder paste is preferred or is buying the balls better? Finally, a good stencil. I see one on mailin.repair but that's only for older computers, is there one for newer Macs as well?

Any input appreciated!

I don't use a holder, just a direct heat stencil and 0.35mm balls. You can use paste but I have no experience with that reballing an SMC.

how do you keep the stencil in place if not using a holder? do you tape the two together? have you got micro-hands? I am struggling a bit, have tried a couple of holders already, but still a pita...
