Did you checked all your S0 rails ? If you have PPVCC_S0_CPU normaly it should be OK.
Is your CPU over heating ?
Plus you can hear the charging boing this is weird....
Hi 2Informaticos,
I've noticed that the PRam aera was corrupted when I read it whith the Medusa,so I've wrote a complete clean dump, injected the Fsys area and did a CRC.
which didn't solved my issue but it was necessary.
Then I did a reflow with my Quick 861DW air station at 430 deg and 90 L...
Again Thank you for your answer.....
First I've noticed that I didn't had the 3v3_S4 but 5V_S5 was OK: This was with the board having the battery connected
Withoiut battery it goes to S0 state with CPU heating.....
I've also tried to connect those USB C adapter with normal usb to see if an...

I don't remember if I've injected another dump file into it but I can try.....
Hi 2Informaticos:
Are you sure about USB activity? Optical mouse turns ON
Confirm with OSX pendrive with Link LED; if flashes, there is activity for sure. Tested with external 10.12 SSD HFS with led: led turns ON but not blinking as it should be, so No activity, only power like usb mouse.
Do...
Hi 2Informaticos, Team
This board came perfectly clean no WD signs
It boots fine but no chime and no display, USB activity OK .
All S0 rails present and fine, CPU heats quite a bit more that usual.

Removed R5385 for SMC_PBUS_VSENSE: NOK
with R5385 still removed I've also removed R5309 for SMC_CPU_VSENSE still :NOK
Next step will be to remove all the resistors that bringing all the I and V sense rails to the SMC, if still not OK so in that case I would suspect the SMC.......
What do you think?
removed R2598, and tryied to start the board in normal mode: NOK
On the board the pin1 ( SMC_N_FOLLOW ) is still 2.5V but as removed R2598: 0V on pin 2.
Something is still preventing the SMC to turn ON the board:
I will double check SMC_PBUS_VSENSE and SMC_CPU_VSENSE as they're higher that the...
yes
PP3V3_S5_AVREF_SMC: 3.299V
You wrote: "If board always starts in SMC bypass mode, should be an I/VSENSE sensor issue."
So I'll check all the I/V sense signals at page 39 , 43 , 44, 51 etc....
In the mean time I've noticed that it is not charging the battery as it's pulling only 30 mA...
@2Informaticos:
All big coils pulse too?
YES
Also check ALL_SYS_PWRGD and pins 3/7 of U1950.
Pulsing Too , everything pulses to Vcore
Did you try SMC bypass?
YES: Pusles too : forces the fan to enter in quarter Spin loop
@JohnB:
Yes checked and resoldered all pins : No sign of corrosion...
