Checking pin voltages for U7100 and suddenly charger light goes off. Now no green or amber light. Changed u7100 but still no green light. Seems i screwed up but i am sure there was no short while checking. Should i give up on this one or is there hope?

Changed U7100 and now getting 5.1v on 19 and 20. R7101 seems ok at 4.8 Ohms. Still no fan spin.

Yes. board turns on with both charger and battery connected and after connecting to 85w charger, turns on without battery. USB activity - just the red light on. no blinking. Fan spins but no display.

Yes i did check Q7130 shorted to ground and it was not. R7120 no beep with L7130. I am a rookie at macboard repairing and wanted to be sure before i power it. So can i safely power it now.

Replaced C7370 and C7125. U7100 traces seem to be visually all fine. Resoldered U7100. Should i change Q7130 again before I power on?

Replaced Q7130 and I got 3.9v on F7140 and no fan spin. Second time i switched on i get a fan spin. I installed the heat sink and powered up again. Fan spin and C7370 just blew up. Any checks before i replace it and switch on.

Loads of corrosion under U7701. Cleaned and replaced U7701. Backlight working and all is well. Thank you.

Sorry. I just sorted it. It seems the SSD has a problem. It works fine without SSD so i replaced it and it booted up and works fine. Thank u. By the way i am am new at this and would love to learn how to use SMC bypass mode.
