Found PPBUS_PMIC to be really low.. noticed its coming from a 0 ohm resistor R7865 but its reading high on ohms mode on multimeter.. will replace and see.

Forcing is by wiring SOC_FORCE_DFU to SOC_FORCE_DFU_DBG based on the test pads on board is that correct or have I gotten it wrong? If yes then it won't go DFU either

Took a CD3217 from 820-02100 with its ROM chip and installed them and it successfully repaired the issue taking 20V and booting into system.

Came in with a little teeny tiny speck of dust on U9300 and R9310 resistor above it. Removed the chip, cleaned it up and install new resistors and few caps around it.. still 5V.. I took few measurements PPDCIN 5V (diode mode good according to OBD) PPBUS 12.27V (diode mode good according to OBD)...
