820-00298 short on PP3V3_S5

Came in with a short on PP3V3_S5.. I injected 1 volt and PCH was boiling hot..

I measured caps behind the PCH like PP1V0_SUS, PP1V8_S0 and PP1V_SUS_PCH was shorted to ground..

I put a new (brought from AliExpress) PCH chip on it and readings all returned to normal but still the board taking 20v refusing to turn on..

I did a clean ME on BIOS but still refusing to consume any power remaining on 20V and no amp

PPBUS 12.6v
PP3V3_G3H 3.4v
PP3V0_G3H 2.7v ??

Found PPBUS_PMIC to be really low.. noticed its coming from a 0 ohm resistor R7865 but its reading high on ohms mode on multimeter.. will replace and see.
