    820-01598 pulsing rails

Took a closer look on PP3v3_G3H and PP5V_G3H. PP3V3_G3H is present and stable. PP5V_G3H is dropping to 4.7V every few seconds, rising up to 5.1V again.

    820-01598 pulsing rails

Yes I'm getting steady 20V on bozh USB-C ports. Checked only PP1V8_AWAKE (since the other probe points are hidden under the T2 shield next to the SSD and i want to avoid removing it and raflowing the SSD acidentally) and this rail is pulsing too.

    820-01598 pulsing rails

Hi, I'm working on a MBP 820-01598 with pulsing rails. All rails up to PMU_ONOFF_L seem to pulse. PMU_ON_OFF_L itself is stable at 3.3V. PPBUS_G3H is cycling from 12.6V to 12.3V. PP3V3_S5 and following rails are steady 0V. Resistances on big coils seem to be good. No signs of lliquid on the...

    820-3332 missing PPVCCSA_S0_REG

Yes I'm getting PP1V5R1V35_S3_MEM and PP0V75_S3_MEM. I resoldered all components very carefully. Had a donor board where i was able to compare the original positions of the components. No NOSTUFF components soldered ;-)

    820-3332 missing PPVCCSA_S0_REG

Hi there, I'm struggeling with an MBP 2012 15" (820-3332). It was running with typical screen blsckout issues so I resoldered U8900 with leaded solder but without success. So I wanted to replace U8900. While removing it, it slipped out the tweezers and landed straight on the components around...

    820-01598 stuck at loadingscreen

Hi there, got a 820-01598 - did get it with some corrosion around U6903 (see picture) and at the Touch ID. After restoring it with Apple Configurator 2 it stucks (after the internet recovery screen) at this state. Already tried to restore it again - same result. Tried another touch ID, but still...

    820-01041 stucks at 5v

I was able to start it in DFU mode now. I started to restore. I still don't get any display or fan spin. How can I know when it is finished? Will leave it like this for a while now.

    820-01041 stucks at 5v

I replaced U3100 too what resulted in a small increase of voltage on all 4 ports (5.14V now). DFU mode seems not to work. Du I have to set the macbook i want to restore actively in DFU mode (power btn + right shift + left option + left control) or will it atumatically activate DFU mode on...

Hi there, i'm very new with the newer USB-C MLBs and got a water damaged 820-01041 here that stucks at 5V 0.4A. It had some corrosion around U3200. I replaced some corroded components like Q3200, F3001, C3509, C3505, CC753 and CB212. The board took 4.8V and 0.6 A on 3 of 4 USB-C ports and 5V...
