USB activity is normal 5.1v

I checked it with thermal camera and found out that U4500 got very hot 5 seconds after connected with the charger and no battery, should be replaced?, how I can check if this IC its ok?

and PP3v3_S5 need to be present?

question : PP5V_S4_X_USBC= 0v, its provided by L3500=0v and coming from U3500, UPC_X_5V_EN_R enable U3500 and is 0 v, this is normal?

Also I noticed PP5V_S4_X_USBC=0v

yes , I tried another cable and is the same, also AWAKE and SLPS2R voltages are steady
