This unit is shutdown every 10 minuites and heat sink temperature when goes 66C then it shutdown. I changes heatsink and fan, but no luck.Any idea what to do.No liquid damaged history.Thanks.

Liquid was around smc and bios. i reflow it, 200C tem and good flux, bought it from you guys.still it shows SYS_ONEWIRE=2.9V and no luck.

i found the short at p2 of L7430 and no short at U7400, it looks like PP1V2_S3 is short , so dont know how to figure out.
