    First of all, welcome to the forum! If the machine works correctly (without the keyboard) that is probably a filter capacitor. May not be critical in such case and you can let it as is. BTW, what is the IC on the opposite side of the mainboard?

    Pad 1 of R5150 and pin 5 of J5150 are connected together; both MUST have 0V.

    "2V looks too low for PBUS_VSNS_OUT; it should be close to 12.5V. You should get 1.33V aprox at PBUS_VSENSE." Pay atention when you read... 1.27V looks close enough. You may have problem with another sensor; check them all.

    What is SYS_DETECT level now? You can test the machine shorting R5150 pads.
