Duke, how are you checking if they're sanded? I just got in 40 chips and they look pretty good, but do have extremely light "scratches" (1 or 2, about 1/6th the width of the chip itself) on random areas of the top surface; not concentrated towards edges or anything. The bottoms look pretty good...

Not yet; I've got it for sale, though. I've actually been using it myself for 3 weeks now, no issues yet. This one has also been kept "sleeping" the entire time between charges. Not one shut down yet, knock-on-wood. The 3662 is the first one I repaired, actually.
