Pins 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 13, 14, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 – 0V on all of than.
Pin 12 – 5.14V
Pin 15 – 4.93V
Diode on Pin 2 is not normal if compared with another boards. Not same boards, but I think it should at least be similar.
Pin 2 – 0.054
The resistor was measuring correct, but I replaced anyway, and for some reason it made a difference.
R8123 Replaced
Pin 12 – 5.14V
Pin 15 – 4.93V
Those are the only pins with voltage.

All 4 RAM modules replaced.
Same capacity, but different brand.
I had to move a resistor to change MEMORY CONFIGURATION STRAPS.
Originally it had a Micron Memory and I have replaced for a Samsung Memory.
R1331 moved to R1330 to fits...
1.3V injected on PP1V1_S3 and only RAM modules are getting slightly hot.
All 4 removed and the short on the board is gone.
On the modules, the pins are shorted to the ground.
I will get new modules, replace them, and return here with an update.

The logic board is very clean.
When connecting in AC2 it shows straight in Recover mode.
We tried to revive it in DFU mode and it failed.

This line is created by TB ROM (U2890) this IC has its own firmware.

is same as on the faulty logic board.

The CPU VCORE voltages I mentioned above is for DIODE mode. Not Voltages.
