I'd say reball the baseband. I keep seeing these pop up and anxious to find the solution as well. But always heed Duke's advice as sound! I've reflowed one once and the lady I've seen her some time after the fact and says her phone is still working great. But if it is bent, ya F-it.

Thanks Duke. I've been having a similar issue (except my diodes to ground were ok), no green light. I guess the DCIN's I was testing with were bad. Found an old one I swear is no good by looks of it and turns out to be good. Been at this one for days.
