Tried the reset it does seem to reboot as USB drive switch off and then turn on again. As for display circuit no voltages, only get 8.59 on fuse but voltage for J8300, 3, 4, 14, 15, 16, 18/19 all 0. Cannot find any shorts in display circuit, seems its not turning on? Should have at least 8.59 on...

So we found a tiny little corrosion on the trackpad cable, that seems to be the cause, case closed:). Thanks guys.

Hello, I have this 820-4924 that does not see the AC charger. It can run from battery but when attaching the charge cable no light. When removing the battery I get orange light and working fine. So it only doesnt work when both AC and battery are connected. No obvious liquid damage on the board...

The ASD file i have is only 256mb and shows only EFI no OS, might have to look for another one seems not to be complete. Or this only has the EFI test?

Yeah thats correct, and the fan start spin max after a short while, also when i use external KBD no menu pops up on command

I mean the display turns on, it has a black backside with white logo (although obviously no logo shows, but I can see it light up as this is my testing display it has a little crack in it. Also I measure 25v on backlight pin.

So it doesnt boot from both USB ports, do have a led on the drive. The display turns on, after a minute fan spins high and just keeps running like that. Could it be some resistor or line around U6100 not good, or then the display would not be able to turn on?
