History? Random powering off will suck. Could be corrosion under something or some corroded pad or resistor somewhere. History is going to be the most important thing here.

P5v_RTS0_EN is present. Q7510 and 11 were both replaced at the same time as U7500. Don't see a issue with any of the traces around U7500 and I checked the signals from U7500 to the fets. All have continuity from the pins on the chip to the fets
