I just did that and still remains the same still flashing. Tried different formats. Already formatted the SSD, deleted volume, created a new partition. Ran out of ideas on what to do. The only way that this MacBook is usable is to use a bootable USB drive. Tried Internet recovery and same problem.

Unfortunately, I already looked at APFS to see if it's the issue and yes I tried HFS+ journaled and still flashing folder although I could boot into Sierra HFS+ via USB but not Mojave APFS via USB.

Tested with new trackpad, same resuilts. CPU very hot and shutsdown when loading macos. If i let the machine boot without trackpad then plug trackpad in i get cursor movement but no click and KB and cpu doesnt get abnormally hot

measures 1.81v when the fan is spinning then goes off to 0v and fan stops and stays there fan stays on for like half a second but reading 1.8v goes off almost immediately after the fan starts
