You may need another M1 (or newer) MacBook for DFU Blaster.

Injecting 4V will cause 200mA aprox; not enough to heat anything on the board.
A good thermal camera may point you to some small thermal signatures.
You may need to wait some time; remove CPU heatsink first.

The special keys used by DFU are controlled by hardware (UT103) to generate RSLOC_RST_L signal.
If you can't access recovery menu, or boot menu, then keyboard doesn't really work.
Just in case, check if you have more luck with DFU Blaster.
