    A2159 820-01598 5V

If you replace with identical chip, then something happened in the process if fan goes high. But you can't be sure if CPU isn't affected. If it is the problem, you may waste the time searching for something else.

    MacBook M1 Pro 14" 2021 A2442 (820-02098) — U2020 getting hot, board not powering on

"Injected 1.5 V / 3 A" Can you explain how did that??? You can claim for Nobel prize! 1.5V divided by 4 ohm let you with just 375mA. Read something more about Ohm law... 0.368 listed for diode mode on refference table...

    M1 Pro 820-02020 not charging

The percentage must appear on the battery icon; no need to have charger connected/detected. Battery percentage should decrease in time, if battery is in use. Is the machine recognized in DFU mode?

820-01700-A, 1st (top left) usb-c port is dead

Bad diode can cause higher values. Did you check all with red probe on ground for sure? Check diode mode on LDO lines of U3100; compare with other ports.

    Apple MacBook Pro / Model A2141 / 820-01700-A board / 5.17v .0a / Board Damage /

First, check diode mode to ground at L9580/1; if bad, remove U9580 and check again. If still low, possibly damaged NANDs.

820-01700-A, 1st (top left) usb-c port is dead

First of all, welcome to the forum! Check diode mode to ground on CC1/2 lines corresponding to that port. Compare readings with any other port.

820-3115-B board only works on SMC bypass mode

You must be sure AVREF_SMC (C4921) is steady high (3.3V).

820-3115-B board only works on SMC bypass mode

Bad solders or/and accumulated crap underneath SMC. That's the reason of low SMC_DCIN_VSENSE, preventing the board to turn on.

820-3115-B board only works on SMC bypass mode

Check again the voltages from these areas. Posted values do not comply with bottom equation. SMC_PBUS_VSENSE=PBUS_S0_VSENSExR5489/(R5489+R5488). Something similar must be accomplished for SMC_DCIN_VSENSE.

820-3115-B board only works on SMC bypass mode

"is 12.26v always the G3H voltage in SMC bypass mode?" Yes! Recheck C5489/99 voltage. If still low, remove these capacitors and test again.
