Yes, it does. It chimes and boots into OS X. Just nothing on the screen. I can set the volume up and down. I also can change the keyboard backlight. Just no picture, I tried external it shows black screen and after a sec no signal, and then black screen and then no signal.

The PO removed the cracked LCD, and he said it was working before. So who knows?

Update: Checked U9100 GMUX. I've PP3V3_S0_DPMUX_UC_R and PP3V3_S3_DPMUX_UC_R too. So it has all the powers rails. Y9100 is missing. Looks like it does not need clock signal.
