A2779 (820-02841-A) Gets 20V, 5V->20V handshake loops and does not boot. Can enter DFU. Liquid Damaged.

Possibly overvoltage on 3V8_AON rail, caused by lekage from backlight area. There may be more chips damaged...

    820-01041 - 20v 0.02a

Intel side power sequence starts after SSD gets voltages. T2 needs to run its boot software from SSD.

Diode mode to ground at 3V42_G3H? Still low voltage disconnecting LIO flex, SSD and airport?

A2779 820-02841-A black screen but not in recovery

Just backlight not working. However, image MUST appear first. If no image, no reason to check for backlight. Backlight is always delayed to avoid any artifact, until video communication is stable.

    820-01041 - 20v 0.02a

SSD may have internal NAND failure. These chips have life time limited by years (5-10), or writen bytes. Sometime die without any reason...

    A1932 - no image , no backlight

No reason to force backlight enable signal. PCH will not send any video signal to LCD assembly if HPD signal stays low.

A1990 820-01041 - Stuck at DFU, error code 6 on restore

Humidity on SSD power supply area is not good. Did you try DFU revive with charged battery and trackpad connected? Checked all secondary power supplies?

If WiFi chip is dead, can't be replaced; it is married with CPU. In such case, think if is worth to continue with this board. Possibly problems appeared reballing U7700, or heat applied on the board affected something else.

    820-01041 - 20v 0.02a

Any history available? Do you get all G3S and SSD voltages? Check diode mode on all secondary power rails. BTW, SMC_RST* is not used.

"(6.1A at 1.2V)" This means 7W aprox, something should go really hot. Be sure to inject voltage in the correct points. Use powerful cables; you want to heat something on the board, not the cables. BTW, set PSU amp limit to max first.

    Macbook pro A1990 (820-01814-A) Stuck on 5V

Power on sequence for T2 machines is very complex. Sometime SSD voltages can come back after DFU. Check diode mode to ground on SSD power rails; compare with good board. Do the same for all secondary power rails.

SOLVED A2918 820-02757 - Turns on and shuts off mid-loading after replacing shorted amp

Always note diode mode reading (as refference), not ohm scale; red probe on ground, of course.
