Possibly other audio amplifier is damaged, pulling down 1V8_AWAKE; 70 ohm is really low.
Just in case, remove first (one by one) all capacitors connected there; from the affected area.
BTW, I recently got 820-02918 board with liquid damage in the same area.
Had 64 ohm reading on 1V8_AWAKE...
So you can even complete recovery, but no image after last restart?
Just in case, complete the recovery using external monitor.
Then let see what happens after finish installation.
Board MUST turn on by itself out of shell.
ALL MacBooks automatically turn on when charger is connected and battery not present.
Only need to connect LCD assembly, for mentioned tests.
Do you get 3V3/5V_S0SW_LCD voltages?
Check if pulse at least in the first seconds (when hear the chime).
BTW, ALL image/backlight voltages MUST be checked with LCD assembly connected!
When the bracket was ripped off, could damage closer traces; check that.
Do you still get image, only missing backlight?
Backlight circuit is very sensitive to moisture.
But you can waste the time trying to find a problem in the MLB, if the real culprit is the LCD assembly.
Anyone can do DFU revive/restore.
If revive completes without errors, very likely SSD is good.
Then authorized service can retrive the data in DFU mode.
Failing revive can also be caused by other hardware issue, not SSD itself.
Be aware, restore will erase SSD, if succeed!
On the second photo, you have higher readings on pins 57 & 58; marked with red arrow pointing up.
You should check with multimeter (diode mode) directly on the MLB.
Sometime bad connections lead to wrong readings on S-UEM2.
