There is no water damage on the board. When i put to sleep and after 5 minutes it doesnt wak up. Must reset smc to boot it again. Already tried SMC reballing and there is no result.

I am trying all that with board out and with externel display. You mean webcam from lcd assembly board? Anyway before repair when i start mac with board out it was taking much less time to arrive login display. Now it can easily take about 3-5 minutes.

already checked all resistor and traces near U6100 and also new EFI with same result. Fan spins for 5-6 seconds, shuts down and turn on again without chiming and image

changed L7720 again and now it is working. i dont know exactly if it was just l7220 because i also changed U7701 again. Anyway i am sure that l7220 had continuity and there was 5V on both pins. Even if it was so may coil fail?
