820-00840 not waking up

There is no water damage on the board. When i put to sleep and after 5 minutes it doesnt wak up. Must reset smc to boot it again. Already tried SMC reballing and there is no result.

Test with USB macOS.

If you close the lid and open it back in less than 5 min, machine resumes normal?

Yes, even sometimes after 5 minutes it starts. But usually it is failing.

The image/backlight don't come back, or machine remains in sleep state?
Test USB activity, or Caps Lock reaction.

If you press power button (not SMC reset), still no reaction?

This happens only when you put in suspend closing the lid?
Or it happens when machine goes to sleep because not in use too?
