PWOARRRRRR. found problem. pin 1 was bent on lcd connector so far back. only spotted under microscope. full working now thanks for ur help duke legendary as always.

forgive me i was teting without LCd connector :eek: with lcd connector connector EG_BKLT_EN and LCD_BKLT_EN present

no light no fan spin short was on c7090 i found through flir when i say pp5v is missing i mean its 0v U7501, J4800/L4820/C4810 and U7400 look fine

i was suspecting u4650 it looks good. j4600 looks good j4600 pin 5,6 is .500 .505 on r4650 there is 3.42 - having said that i removed the u4650 and the only pin corroded is pin 10!! LESSON learnt: dont be lazy - never underestimate under chips! thanks duke!
